NRIPC: Comprehensive Primary Care with a Collaborative Approach that focuses on Physical AND Mental Health.
Located in Midtown Raleigh, North Carolina, NRIPC is a patient-focused, full-service primary care clinic dedicated to treating the whole person—not just symptoms.
At NRIPC, we follow the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM)—an integrated approach that combines medical, mental, and behavioral health services to address the full spectrum of a patient’s well-being. Many primary care patients experience conditions affected by stress, lifestyle challenges, substance use, or psychological disorders, making it essential to include behavioral health providers in their care.
With evidence-based treatment at its core, our approach ensures that every patient receives clinically effective and cost-efficient care, tackling root causes rather than just symptoms.

We Provide
Preventive Care
Routine health care that includes screenings, check-ups, and patient counseling to prevent illnesses, disease, or other health problems.
Physical Exams
[DOT Physical] A health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV.
[Annual Physical] An annual physical exam is performed by your primary care provider to screen for potential issues though assessing your overall health and wellness.
Lab Services
Lab Services means services related to lab tests, including lab test specimen collection and assessment, ordering lab tests, the recording of lab test results, and the delivery of lab test results to the patient.
Chronic Disease Management
NRIPC take an integrative approach to Chronic Disease Management through screenings, check-ups, monitoring and coordinating treatment, patient education, annd managing the symptoms of a long-term disease, thereby allowing patients to live better and enjoy life.
Mental Health Screening
NRIPC provides mental health screenings assisting patients in identifying, understanding and treating those conditions through medication management and outpatient therapy.
Telehealth Appointments
If you are not able to make it to NRIPC in person, we are able to accomodate you through our phenomenal teleheath service. Telehealth — sometimes called telemedicine — lets your health care provider care for you without an in-person office visit.
Nutritional Consulting
Nutrition Services includes the treatment of healthy individuals as well as those experiencing acute or chronic illnesses or conditions. Our services are for anyone who has concerns and/or questions about their diet, feedings, foods, special diets and healthy eating.
Mens Health
We’re available to support a variety of men’s health care needs, including sexual health, hormone regulation, PE/ED, and overall wellness.
Vaccinations
Stay up to date on all of your vaccines and immunizations with the friendly and expert care of NRIPC.
Womens Health
We’re available to support various women’s healthcare needs including STI testing, preventive care, annual exams, pap tests, wellness exams, and more.
STD Testing
Stay safe and healthy by getting screened at NRIPC. Our Full STD Panel checks for all important STDs and is highly recommended after unprotected intercourse, as well as BEORE engaging in relations with a new partner. All orientations and identities are welcomed.
